Sofiji

While we were in Charlotte I was riding in the back of the car with Sophia - aka Sofiji - aka Sofifi, and we had a mini photo shoot. She thought it was pretty funny when I was mooing at her. For every picture there was probably 2-3 moos. I'm glad the cars next to us couldn't hear me!

The 704

Dad got back from Charlotte with Grandma "Bee-zurich" so we went up for a quick visit.
Seth and Molly wanted to read two different books so silly goose Papa would read one page from Seth's and then one page from Molly's.
Grandma loves those great-grandbabies.

And a good time was had by all!

Harvest

We picked our first zucchini the other day! Seth loved watching it grow and eating it in a lasagna. In the last picture, the one on the top was store bought and the bottom one was ours. I can't wait to see what else we grow!

Math Fun with M&M's

Seth had so much fun doing some math activities with a pack of M&M's. He caught on quickly and was easily able to do what was asked of him = for a small fee. He loved adding them, dividing them, lining them up and sorting them by color. But his favorite part was subtracting! Yum!

Mystery Garden

So, I planted all of my seeds in these nifty little Jiffy seed pellets and had them all lined up with a label at the beginning of each row. I thought I was oh so organized! Then, when I wasn't looking, Seth decided to rearrange the little sproutlets. It was a huge jumble and I just decided to stick them in containers and see what happened. After a few weeks I thought I could identify the squash. Now, it's all looking like squash! I kinda like the element of surprise and I'm just happy that something is growing!
