Habor Island - Day Eight

For our last day, we had all discussed waking up to watch the sunrise. Seth and I got up at six but it was cloudy out. Everyone else was still asleep, but Seth and I decided to watch the sunrise despite the clouds. Every time, I have ever tried to get up for sunrise at the beach, it has been cloudy. A bit later, Mom joined us on the porch. There was some crazy lightning inside the clouds and it was just as neat to watch as the sky lightning up behind the storm. Once the sky was light, we headed in to pack up. We checked out around 10:30 and hit the road. Mom and Aunt Sandy followed to pick up Sir Leon. and we hit heavy traffic on 26. As great as the trip was, it's always nice to come home.
